📷 RECOVER from Daily Snapshots (most complete — ALL entries)
Snapshots are saved separately in Firebase every day and hour. This path survives even when entries/ is wiped. Use this to recover ALL 550+ entries.
⚡ Emergency Data Recovery
If entries are missing from a shop, rebuild from the permanent entry log. Every sale ever entered is recorded there and cannot be overwritten.
🔒 How Your Data Is Protected
✅ Separate paths per shop — AILOUY 102, AILOUY 102 and AILOUY 102 each save to their own Firebase path. One shop can never overwrite another.
✅ Admin costs protected — Admin buy costs save instantly to a separate path. Employee saves can never touch them.
✅ Local device backup — Every save also writes to your browser storage. If Firebase is slow on login, your last saved data is restored automatically.
✅ Data never deleted by the app — The app never calls any delete or overwrite on the root database. Only individual shop paths are written.
✅ D_END = 2099 — Date range extends to year 2099, so old entries never drop off.
💡 If data ever looks missing: Wait 15 seconds for Firebase to sync, or press "Re-sync from Firebase" above. Data is never deleted — it is always in Firebase.
